The Aquatron Electronic Scale Elimination Systems conform
to EC Electrical Safety Standards. Units are resin filled
and can operate safely in damp and wet conditions. The
output is safe to both personnel and sensitive equipment.
There is no electrical contact with the pipe or equipment.

Each system consists of a Descaling Unit, signal cable, ties,
plugs and comprehensive installation instructions.
There is no plumbing required for installation, and no ongoing
maintenance as in salt systems. Aquatron Systems are available
for residential, commercial, industrial & pool applications
that treat pipe work ranging from 1/2" to 26" regardless
of flow rate.

Using modern integrated circuitry and signal processing techniques,
the Aquatron Descaler works by producing a patented complex
modulated amplitude-frequency waveform. This creates a deionizing
effect, induced by physical means, which temporarily increases
the solubility of the minerals in the liquid and changes the
shape and size of the calcium carbonate crystals into an aragonite
structure.
By this reaction, the crystals lost their adhesive properties
and remain in suspension in the liquid until they can be flushed
out with normal discharge.
Existing scale is taken back into solution and removed in the
same way.
Statistics:
Average cost for electricity per year: $10 - $14
Saves approximately 15% to 30% on water heating bills due to
increased efficiency of the water heater through removal of
scale buildup.
This unit is placed between the Deposit Controller and the solenoid
coil on a copper pipe. The function for the signal enhancer
is to provide a proper impedance match and to ensure maximum
energy transfer between the controller and the solenoid, which
in turn, ensures enhanced treatment of the fluid.

We have developed a series of reaction chambers with factory
wound wire and solenoid coils. We offer CPVC, stainless steel,
or PVC pipe material for insertion depending upon the application.
